A-2. SETTLEMENT OF CLAIM BY AUDIO-VISUAL DESIGN-BUILD (AVDB) GROUP Approve settlement of the Notice of Claim filed by Audio-Visual Design-Build (AVDB) Group dated June 27, 2011, in the amount of $33,924.88 in return for a release of claims by AVDB Group. AVDB Group filed a notice of claim seeking $33,924.88 for construction of two training classrooms at the Luhr’s Building, 11 W. Jefferson, for the County Attorney. The construction included installation of audio-visual components for the benefit of the County. This matter was discussed in executive session on August 1, 2011. (C-19-12-005-5-00)
