9. OFFICIAL APPOINTMENTS AND OATHS OF OFFICE - COUNTY ATTORNEY Pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-409, approve the official appointment of the following deputies and assistants of the Maricopa County Attorney. Authorize the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors to certify the Official Appointment and Oaths of Office in accordance with A. R. S. § 38-231, and to cause them to be filed with the County Recorder. Effective 7/25/2011 Evangelina Perez, Office Assistant Specialized Effective 8/8/2011: Mindy Adami, Victim Advocate Gretchen Spier, Victim Advocate JoyAmber Martinez, Legal Support Assistant Effective 8/22/2011: Cheri Bagato, Office Assistant Pollyanna Wedra, Victim Advocate The County Attorney is an Officer of the County, as enumerated in A.R.S. § 11-401, and pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-409, such an enumerated County Officer may appoint deputies and assistants with the consent of the Board of Supervisors.
