13. OFFICIAL APPOINTMENTS AND OATHS OF OFFICE - COUNTY ATTORNEY Pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-409, approve the official appointment of the following deputies and assistants of the Maricopa County Attorney. Authorize the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors to certify the Official Appointment and Oaths of Office in accordance with A. R. S. § 38-231, and to cause them to be filed with the County Recorder. Effective August 8, 2011 Deryck Lavelle – Attorney Effective August 29, 2011 Jennifer Anderson-Romero – Procurement Specialist James Fritz – Attorney Effective September 5, 2011 Juanita Juarez Daniels - Office Assistant Specialized Monica Morales-Garcia - Office Assistant Specialized Bruce Preston – Attorney James Wolfe – Office Assistant Specialized The County Attorney is an Officer of the County, as enumerated in A.R.S. § 11-401, and pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-409, such an enumerated County Officer may appoint deputies and assistants with the consent of the Board of Supervisors.
