8. TRANSFER OF EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17106B, transfer FY 2012 expenditure appropriation of $30,000 from Non-Departmental (470) Non-Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001) to County Attorney (190) Check Enforcement Fund (266) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001). This action will allow the utilization of Check Enforcement fund balance to promote the Check Enforcement Program and increase public awareness and thus increase revenue through higher demand.
