10. OFFICIAL APPOINTMENTS AND OATHS OF OFFICE - COUNTY ATTORNEY Pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-409, approve the official appointment of the following deputies and assistants of the Maricopa County Attorney. Authorize the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors to certify the Official Appointment and Oaths of Office in accordance with A. R. S. § 38-231, and to cause them to be filed with the County Recorder.
