8. SALARY ADJUSTMENT Approve a salary adjustment for Alfonso Garcia in the County Attorney’s Office to increase his base rate from $7.35 per hour to $7.65 per hour effective December 26, 2011. This salary adjustment is being requested due to the increase in the minimum wage in accordance with guidelines issued by the Industrial Commission of Arizona. (C-19-12-027-M-00)
