11. ACCEPT DONATION FROM SALT RIVER PROJECT Accept the restricted monetary donation in the amount of $2,500.00 from Salt River Project (SRP). This donation is to fund the support of the County Attorney's "My Message" drug and alcohol abuse prevention program. The funding will be used specifically to purchase incentives that will be awarded to contest winners. The "My Message" program invites teenagers to produce short videos with their personal message for drug and alcohol abuse awareness. SRP believes this project will be a positive and creative way for aspiring teen filmmakers to engage and educate their peers to the dangers of drug and alcohol abuse. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-19-12-041-D-00)
