9. MARICOPA COUNTY V. WOOLF FAMILY ENTERPRISES, LP Authorize the Chairman to sign that certain Amendment to Agreement for Cost-to-Cure Compensation with Woolf Family Enterprises Limited Partnership ("Woolf') whereby the parties agree that Woolf will remit the sum of $62,113.24 to Maricopa County as the net proceeds of sale of certain rosebushes harvested from the County's right-of-way for the Northern Parkway (Project TT195) as full and final settlement of all matters arising under the Agreement of Cost-to-Cure Compensation entered into by the same parties on April 13, 2011.
