12. OFFICIAL APPOINTMENTS AND OATHS OF OFFICE - COUNTY ATTORNEY Pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-409, approve the official appointment of the following deputies and assistants of the Maricopa County Attorney. Authorize the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors to certify the Official Appointment and Oaths of Office in accordance with A. R. S. § 38-231. Effective December 10, 2012: Kassandra Burns – Advocate Emily Killeen – Community Affairs Assistant The County Attorney is an Officer of the County, as enumerated in A.R.S. § 11-401, and pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-409, such an enumerated County Officer may appoint deputies and assistants with the consent of the Board of Supervisors. AMEND OFFICIAL APPOINTMENTS AND OATHS OF OFFICE - COUNTY ATTORNEY Amend the Board of Supervisors approval of January 9, 2013 to include the appointment of the following deputies and assistants pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-409 that were also effective December 10, 2012. The Clerk of the Board of Supervisors will then certify these Official Appointment and Oaths of Office in accordance with A. R. S. § 38-231. Caroline Como – Deputy County Attorney Megan Flaherty – Deputy County Attorney Jenna Gamble – Deputy County Attorney Evelyn Hernandez – Deputy County Attorney Karen Kemper – Deputy County Attorney Carolyn Macias – Deputy County Attorney Ryan McPhie – Deputy County Attorney The County Attorney is an Officer of the County, as enumerated in A.R.S. § 11-401, and pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-409, such an enumerated County Officer may appoint deputies and assistants with the consent of the Board of Supervisors.
