10. OFFICIAL APPOINTMENTS AND OATHS OF OFFICE - SPECIAL DEPUTY COUNTY ATTORNEYS Pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-409, approve the official appointment of the following deputies and assistants of the Maricopa County Attorney. Authorize the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors to certify the Official Appointment and Oaths of Office in accordance with A. R. S. § 38-231. Effective November 26, 2012 : James A. Eaves – Special Deputy County Attorney Robin E. Burgess – Special Deputy County Attorney The County Attorney is an Officer of the County, as enumerated in A.R.S. § 11-401, and pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-409, such an enumerated County Officer may appoint deputies and assistants with the consent of the Board of Supervisors.
