12. ONE-TIME ADDITION TO COUNTY ATTORNEY FLEET Approve the one-time addition to the County Attorney’s Office fleet, using redlined (replaced) vehicles. Two unmarked and non-governmentally licensed vehicles will be transferred to the County Attorney from the Sheriff’s Office. These vehicles will be used for special investigative assignments. The county’s fleet will automatically be reduced when these redlined vehicles are no longer usable by the County Attorney’s Office. The estimated maximum annual cost for maintenance per vehicle will not exceed $1,000 and will be paid through the County Attorney’s general fund budget. No additional funding from the General Fund is required. Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-538-03 and §28-2511(A), these vehicles will continue to bear non-governmental license plates and be exempt from county markings. A detailed cross-referenced list of vehicle identification numbers will be kept on file with the Clerk of the Board. (C-19-13-024-V-00)
