16. RESOLUTION OF THE MARICOPA COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS FOR SUBMISSION OF PROJECTS FOR CONSIDERATION IN ARIZONA’S 2014 HIGHWAY SAFETY PLAN – GOHS FY2014 1. Adopt a Resolution approving application and acceptance of up to $37,914 in reimbursable grant funding from the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety (GOHS). This pass through federal funding will be used for books, subscriptions, training materials, training registration, and out-of-state travel for training to accomplish projects relating to the reduction of impaired driving and accident investigation. The anticipated term of the funding is October 1, 2013 through September 30, 2014. 2. Approve the acceptance of grant funds resulting from this application up to the amount of $37,914. Authorize the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to sign all documents pertaining to this grant. The County Attorney's Office indirect cost rate for FY2013 is 14.2%. Unrecoverable indirect costs associated with this grant are estimated to be $5,384. (C-19-13-027-G-00)
