8. OFFICIAL APPOINTMENTS AND OATHS OF OFFICE - COUNTY ATTORNEY Pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-409, approve the official appointment of the following deputies and assistants of the Maricopa County Attorney. Authorize the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors to certify the Official Appointment and Oaths of Office in accordance with A. R. S. § 38-231. Effective May 13, 2013: Susan Abbate, Legal Support Assistant Shawna Brumbaugh, Deputy County Attorney Stacey Finch, Legal Support Assistant Jim Mitchell, Deputy County Attorney Sheri Nguyen, Legal Support Assistant Jessica Oliverson, Legal Support Assistant April Siegel, Legal Support Assistant Debbie Silva, Legal Support Assistant Julianna Young, Legal Support Assistant Rebecca Young, Legal Support Assistant The County Attorney is an Officer of the County, as enumerated in A.R.S. § 11-401, and pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-409, such an enumerated County Officer may appoint deputies and assistants with the consent of the Board of Supervisors.
