9. AGREEMENT WITH US MARSHALS SERVICE FOR THE VIOLENT OFFENDER TASK FORCE Approve the Violent Offender Task Force Agreement and acceptance of up to $13,000 in reimbursement funding from the US Marshals Service. The agreement commenced July 6, 2012 and will continue for an indefinite period until terminated by one or both parties. The reimbursement funding amount begins October 1, 2012 and terminates September 30, 2013. The County Attorney’s FY13 indirect cost rate is 14.2%. The unrecoverable indirect costs are estimated to be $1,846. (C-19-13-036-G-00)

AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH US MARSHALS SERVICE FOR THE VIOLENT OFFENDER TASK FORCE Approve Amendment No. 2 and accept (retroactively) an additional $10,000 in reimbursement funding from the US Marshals Service for the period of October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2015. This additional funding was received pursuant to the agreement approved by the Board of Supervisors on June 19, 2013 (C-19-13-036-G-00) and amended on December 11, 2013 (C-19-13-036-G-01) that commenced July 6, 2012 and continues for an indefinite period until terminated by one or both parties. The County Attorney’s FY15 indirect cost rate is 16.1%. The unrecoverable indirect costs are estimated to be $1,610. (C-19-13-036-G-02)
