10. AGREEMENT WITH US DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION FOR THE JOINT TERRORISM TASK FORCE Approve the Joint Terrorism Task Force Agreement and acceptance of up to $17,202 in reimbursement funding from the US Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation. The agreement commenced February 27, 2007 and will continue for an indefinite period until terminated by one or both parties. The reimbursement funding amount begins October 1, 2012 and terminates September 30, 2013. The County Attorney’s FY13 indirect cost rate is 14.2%. ACCEPT FUNDING FROM US DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION FOR THE JOINT TERRORISM TASK FORCE Approve the Joint Terrorism Task Force Agreement and acceptance of up to $17,202 in reimbursement funding from the US Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation. The agreement commenced February 27, 2007 and will continue for an indefinite period until terminated by one or both parties. Acceptance of this agreement was approved by the Board of Supervisors on June 19, 2013 under C-19-13-037-G-00. The reimbursement funding amount begins October 1, 2013 and terminates September 30, 2014. The County Attorney’s FY13 indirect cost rate is 13.9%. The unrecoverable indirect costs are estimated to be $2,391. (C-19-14-044-G-00)
