11. AGREEMENT WITH US DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION FOR THE DEA TASK FORCE FY2013 Approve the Task Force Agreement and acceptance of up to $17,202 in reimbursement funding from the US Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration. The term of this Agreement is September 30, 2012 through September 30, 2013. The County Attorney’s FY13 indirect cost rate is 14.2%. The unrecoverable indirect costs are estimated to be $2,443. Approval of this agreement allows for reimbursement of overtime paid to the detective assigned to the DEA Task Force. (C-19-13-038-G-00)
