9. EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION PACKAGE Approve an Executive Compensation Package (ECP) for Vince Howard Imbordino, and Anthony M. Novitsky, unclassified contract attorneys in the County Attorney's Office, authorizing an annual increase to their annual paid vacation leave balances of 31.75 hours for Vince Howard Imbordino and 55.25 hours for Anthony M. Novitsky, both effective July 1, 2013. If approved, the ECP agreements will adjust the hours of paid vacation leave for each attorney to a total of 160 hours per year (80 hours each) effective July 1, 2013, coinciding with the renewal of their contracts. 11. AMEND EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION PACKAGE Amend the action taken on July 17, 2013 regarding the approval of an Executive Compensation Package for contract employees Anthony M. Novitsky and Vince Howard Imbordino. This amendment will adjust the hours of total vacation leave for each attorney to 176 hours per year instead of 160 hours per year. The original agenda (C-19-13-041-M-00) approved increases to their respective paid vacation leave balances of 31.75 hours for Vince Howard Imbordino and 55.25 hours for Anthony M. Novitsky. This correction is retroactively effective July 1, 2013. (C-19-13-041-M-01)
