17. ACCEPT DONATION FROM THE TOWN OF PARADISE VALLEY Accept the unrestricted donation of a Dell ATG Model PP27L laptop computer with a useful value of less than $1,000. The Town of Paradise Valley has relinquished ownership and donates this surplus property to the Maricopa County Attorney's Office for use in its Repeat Offender Bureau. This donation will be used to support the investigation and prosecution of repeat offenders. District 3. The Maricopa County Attorney accepts responsibility for the care and maintenance of the donated laptop and has no expectation that it will be replaced at the end of its life. (C-19-13-048-M-00)
