11. AGREEMENT WITH US DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION FOR THE DEA TASK FORCE FY2014 Approve the Task Force Agreement and acceptance applicable reimbursement funding up to $18,000.00 from the US Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration. The term of this Agreement is September 30, 2013 through September 30, 2014. The County Attorney’s FY13 indirect cost rate is 13.9%. The unrecoverable indirect costs are estimated to be $2,502.
