LIMITED WAIVER OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST FOR SQUIRE SANDERS, LLP Approve a request for a limited waiver of conflict of interest for Squire Sanders, LLP in the matter of Sundevil Power Holdings, LLC v. Arizona Department of Revenue, TX2013-000006. The conflict waiver request does not involve, and this waiver does not extend to, litigation against Maricopa County. This waiver is for this matter only and is not intended to be an expressed or implied waiver of any other conflict which currently exists in any other matter or any other potential conflict which may arise in the future in any other matter. 12. WAIVERS OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST FOR SQUIRE PATTON BOGGS LLP Approve requests for waivers of conflict of interest for Squire Patton Boggs LLP who represents the taxpayer in the matter of Sundevil Power Holdings, LLC v. Arizona Department of Revenue in the following tax appeals: TX2013-000006, TX2013-000530 and the to-be-filed 2015 tax appeal. These waivers are for these matters only and are not intended to be an express or implied waiver of any other conflict which currently exists in any other matters or any other potential conflicts which may arise in the future in any other matter. This action rescinds the limited waivers previously provided in TX2013-000006 (C-19-14-006-M-00) and TX2013-000530 (C-19-14-014-M-00). This matter was discussed in executive session on August 25, 2014. This matter was heard in Executive Session on August 25, 2014. (C-19-15-006-M-00)
