14. EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION PACKAGE Approve an Executive Compensation Package (ECP) for Reid C. Pixler, an unclassified contract attorney in the County Attorney's Office, authorizing an annual increase to his annual paid vacation leave balance of 48.5 hours effective July 29, 2013. If approved, the ECP agreement will adjust the hours of paid vacation leave for this attorney to a total of 160 hours per year pro-rated to his effective date. (C-19-14-007-9-00)
