A-1. LIMITED WAIVER OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST FOR SQUIRE SANDER, LLP Approve a request for a limited waiver of conflict of interest for Squire Sanders, LLP, Sundevil Power Holdings, LLC v. Arizona Department of Revenue, in the yet to be filed tax appeal for the 2014 assessed taxes. The conflict waiver request does not involve, and this waiver does not extend to, litigation against Maricopa County. This waiver is for this matter only and is not intended to be an express or implied waiver of any other conflict which currently exists in any other matter or any other potential conflict which may arise in the future in any other matter.
