Approve a conflict waiver request submitted by the law firm of Gust Roseneld, PLC with respect to its representation of a party in the condemnation action, Maricopa County v. Sally J. Garcia, et al, Case Number CV2013-014420, currently pending in Maricopa County Superior Court of Arizona. This waiver is for the present matter only, and is not intended to be an express or implied waiver of any other conflict which currently exists or may arise in the future.
