FA-1. FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT OF MARICOPA COUNTY V. LELAND C. ALBERTSON, JR. AND SHIRLEY D. ALBERTSON, TRUSTEES OF THE ALBERTSON FAMILY TRUST DATED AUGUST 4, 1990, CV2011-056188 Pursuant to A.R.S. 48-3603(C)(21), this Board authorizes the acquisition of the whole parcel owned by The Albertson Family Trust Dated August 4, 1990, consisting of approximately 7.8 acres, part of which is currently the subject of CV2011-056188, a condemnation case pending in Maricopa County Superior Court. This authorization is based upon this Board's determination that the remainder of the property being acquired in the pending condemnation action will be left in such a condition as to give rise to a claim or litigation concerning severance or other damage. This matter was heard in Executive Session on February 10, 2014. (C-19-14-030-M-00)
