14. BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR CRIMINAL JUSTICE ENHACEMENT FUND In accordance with A.R.S. 42-17106(B), authorize the following amendment to the FY 2014 revised budget: a) Reduce the expenditure authority in the Non Departmental (470) Non Departmental Grants Fund (249) Operating budget (0000) by $70,000, and b) Increase the revenue and expenditure authority in the County Attorney (190) Criminal Justice Enhancement fund (267) Operating (0000) budget by $70,000 from $1,405,000 to $1,475,000. The purpose of the transfer is to allow the County Attorney to utilize forecast revenue increases to cover increased personnel costs related to FY 2014 retention compensation increases received by employees. The net impact to the county budget is zero. The County Attorney expects to receive $1,470,000 in state criminal justice enhancement funds. The revenue amount currently budgeted is $1,405,000. Additionally, actual expenditures for employee regular pay and fringe benefits are forecasted to be approximately $70,000 higher than budgeted. (C-19-14-037-2-00)
