12. EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION PACKAGE Approve an Executive Compensation Package (ECP) for Reid C. Pixler and Anthony M. Novitsky, unclassified contract attorneys in the County Attorney's Office, authorizing an annual increase to their annual paid vacation leave balances of 39.25 hours for Reid C. Pixler and 55.25 hours for Anthony M. Novitsky, both effective July 1, 2014. If approved, the ECP agreements will adjust the hours of paid vacation leave to a total of 160 hours for Reid C. Pixler and 176 hours for Anthony M. Novitsky effective July 1, 2014, coinciding with the renewal of their contracts. (C-19-14-058-M-00)
