8. EXCEPTION TO THE POLICY FOR ADMINISTERING GRANTS Approve an exception to the Policy for Administering Grants (A2505) Section D. 1 to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office that would allow applications to be submitted for unnamed prosecution or victim service related grants and/or agreements that may or may not allow indirect cost recovery and that may or may not have match requirements. Approval of this item authorizes application only and does not commit either the County Attorney’s Office, nor the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to accept funding. Authorize the Chairman to sign all applications, resolutions, certifications, assurances, etc. that are included in the grant application process. (C-19-15-029-G-00)
