9. OFFICIAL APPOINTMENTS AND OATHS OF OFFICE Pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-409, approve the official appointment of the following deputies and assistants of the Maricopa County Attorney. Authorize the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors to certify the Official Appointment and Oaths of Office in accordance with A.R.S. § 38-231. March 23, 2015 Randy Rajewski, Legal Support Courier March 30, 2015 Rochelle Blackwell, Legal Support Assistant Sloan Echols, Legal Support Assistant Samantha Fields, Legal Support Assistant Samantha Gulledge, Legal Support Assistant Amanda Joseph, Legal Support Assistant Maxine Mak, Deputy County Attorney Lori Moore, Legal Support Assistant Rebecca Ramirez, Legal Support Assistant Christina Rodriguez, Legal Support Assistant Ana Romo, Legal Support Assistant Shamarie Upshaw, Legal Support Assistant The County Attorney is an Officer of the County, as enumerated in A.R.S. § 11-401, and pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-409, such an enumerated County Officer may appoint deputies and assistants with the consent of the Board of Supervisors.
