11. GRANT RECONCILIATION FOR THE COUNTY ATTORNEY Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17106, approve appropriation adjustment(s) resulting in a net increase to revenue and expenditures of $616,763 in FY2014-2015 County Attorney (190) Grants Fund (219) Operating (0000) budget. Approval of this item will result in an overall grant funds appropriation of $5,748,708 for revenues and expenditures in the County Attorney (169) Grants Fund (219) Operating (0000) budget. Grant revenues are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation, and therefore, expenditure of these revenues is not prohibited by the budget law. This request does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. A summary of each grant has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Policy for Administering Grants (A2505). The revenue for some of the grants was received in prior fiscal years; however revenue and expenditure authority is required in the current fiscal year where the funds previously received are expended. All grants listed have been previously approved by the Board of Supervisors. The Agenda Numbers for the respective grants are included in the summary. (C-19-15-038-G-00)
