18. FY 2015 COUNTY ATTORNEY DIVERSION FUND BUDGET ADJUSTMENT Per A.R.S. 42-17106(B), authorize the following amendment to the FY 2015 budget: a) Increase the revenue authority in the County Attorney Diversion (190) Diversion Fund (220) Operating (0000) by an amount-not-to-exceed $455,500, from $1,429,500 to $1,885,000. b) Decrease the expenditure authority for the Non Departmental (470) Non Departmental Grant (249) Operating (0000) in the line "Unreserved Contingency" in an amount not-to-exceed $455,500. c) Increase the expenditure authority in the County Attorney Diversion (190) Diversion Fund (220) Operating (0000) by an amount-not-to-exceed $455,500. These actions will have a County-wide net impact of zero and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenue duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. Approval of this action will allow the County Attorney Operations Division to fully expend unanticipated revenue received during FY 2015 and acquire needed information technology equipment. The revenue budget increase results from receipt of monies received from the Drug Diversion Program during FY 2014-15 that were above the amount originally forecast and appropriated. The expenditure budget increase will enable the County Attorney to acquire needed capital and non-capital information technology equipment and supplies. (C-19-15-044-2-00)
