10. REDUCTION AND ADDITION OF VEHICLES TO FLEET AND EXEMPTION FROM MARKINGS AND ISSUANCE OF NON-GOVERNMENTAL LICENSE PLATES Approve a reduction in County Attorney fleet and direct Equipment Services to dispose of the vehicle listed below: 24406 1994 Plymouth Acclaim Approve a permanent addition to the County Attorney’s Office fleet using a red-lined vehicle. Vehicle number 71711 will be transferred to the County Attorney’s Office from County Sheriff’s Office through Equipment Services. The annual cost for vehicle operation and maintenance will be paid through the County Attorney’s Office general fund budget. In addition, approve an exemption from County markings and issuance of non-governmental license plate pursuant to A.R.S. §38-538-003 and §28-2511(A). Vehicle details and identification number will be on file with the Clerk of the Board. The Maricopa County Attorney's Office current vehicle fleet remains at 79. (C-19-16-035-M-00)

11. REDUCTION IN FLEET Approve a Reduction in Fleet and direct Equipment Services to dispose of the vehicle listed below for Maricopa County by and through its County Attorney (MCAO). The vehicle being disposed of is: #31539 2005 Ford F150 Approve an additional Reduction in Fleet as the County Attorney’s Office did not take possession of vehicle #71711 which had been previously approved for transfer to the County Attorney’s Office from the County Sheriff’s Office in C-19-16-035-M-00. The County Attorney’s Office was advised of the needed repairs for vehicle #71711 following approval of the previous agenda item and it was determined that it would not be cost effective for the County Attorney’s Office to proceed with the transfer of vehicle #71711. The Maricopa County Attorney's Office current vehicle fleet is reduced from 79 to 77. (C-19-16-040-M-00)
