9. PERMANENT ADDITION OF VEHICLE TO FLEET AND EXEMPTION FROM MARKINGS AND ISSUANCE OF NON-GOVERNMENTAL LICENSE PLATES Approve a permanent addition to the County Attorney’s Office fleet for one (1) vehicle to be purchased by the County Attorney’s Office using RICO Funds (213) for a total cost not to exceed $55,000. This vehicle purchase is necessary to replace a one-time vehicle purchase which was declared non salvageable due to an accident. Vehicle maintenance and operating costs will be paid through the County Attorney’s Office general fund budget. In addition, approve an exemption from County markings and issuance of non-governmental license plate pursuant to A.R.S. §38-538-003 and §28-2511(A). Vehicle details and identification number will be on file with the Clerk of the Board. The Maricopa County Attorney's Office current vehicle fleet remains at 79. (C-19-16-036-M-00)
