BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR COUNTY ATTORNEY SPECIAL REVENUE FUND Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17106(B), approve the transfer of expenditure authority to the County Attorney (190) Victim Compensation Restitution Fund (268) Non-Recurring Non-Project (0001) in the amount of $250,000, and decrease the expenditure authority in Non Departmental (470) Non Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) in the “Unreserved Contingency” line in the amount of $250,000. This expenditure authority adjustment will allow the County Attorney to utilize accumulated fund balance to respond to extraordinary needs of the organization to expend such non-recurring funds for programs and services of limited terms and duration.
