24. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH PHOENIX CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL Approve the third amendment to the agreement with Phoenix Children's Hospital on behalf of the Maricopa County Attorney to extend the term through June 30th, 2022, and update language in sections 1.1, 2.4, 5.5.3, attachment A, attachment B, and attachment C to better represent expectations and requirements of both parties. The terms of this agreement will become effective upon approval of the Board of Supervisors. Authorize the Chairman to sign any and all documents related to this action. The original agreement was approved by the Board of Supervisors on April 12, 2017, under Agenda C-19-17-045-M-00. The first amendment was approved by the Board of Supervisors on 11/20/2019, under Agenda C-19-17-045-M-03. The second amendment was approved by the Board of Supervisors on 04/20/2020, under agenda C-19-17-045-M-04.- All other terms will remain in effect unless otherwise extended or amended. 18.AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH PHOENIX CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL Approve the fourth amendment to agreement with Phoenix Children's Hospital on behalf of the Maricopa County Attorney to update the list of Advocacy Centers and Providers (Attachment A) and revise Compensation and Reimbursement (Attachment C) to incorporate a new section 4. All other sections of Attachment C remain unchanged. The revised section 4 is as follows:4. MCAO will reimburse Phoenix Children’s Hospital $819 for each skeletal exam

18. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH PHOENIX CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL Approve the fourth amendment to agreement with Phoenix Children's Hospital on behalf of the Maricopa County Attorney to update the list of Advocacy Centers and Providers (Attachment A) and revise Compensation and Reimbursement (Attachment C) to incorporate a new section 4. All other sections of Attachment C remain unchanged. The revised section 4 is as follows: 4. MCAO will reimburse Phoenix Children’s Hospital $819 for each skeletal examination in cases of suspicious deaths of children under the age of two years old without having to consult the Medical Examiner’s Office to gain approval to do the postmortem skeletal survey. The terms of this agreement will become effective upon approval of the Board of Supervisors. Authorize the Chairman to sign any and all documents related to this action. (C-19-17-045-M-06)
