REDUCTION AND ADDITION TO FLEET FOR COUNTY ATTORNEY Approve a reduction in County Attorney’s Office fleet and direct Equipment Services to dispose of the vehicle listed below: #71740 Ford Explorer 2007 Approve a one-time addition to the County Attorney’s Office fleet listed below: #76601 2006 GMC Envoy This vehicle is scheduled for replacement during fiscal year 2017. This vehicle will be used for special investigative assignments. The County Attorney’s fleet will automatically be reduced when this vehicle is no longer usable by the County Attorney’s Office. Approval of this agenda will result in a net impact to the general fund budget of zero. Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-538-03 and §28-2511(A), this vehicle will continue to bear non-governmental license plates and be exempt from county markings.
