EXCEPTION TO MARICOPA COUNTY POLICY B7020 Approve an exception to Policy B7020 - Attorney Loan Repayment Assistance, Paragraph 4, Section A, Subsection 3, “Have successfully completed their first twelve (12) months of continuous employment prior to submitting an application to participate in the program.” If approved, this exception would allow Amanda Parker to apply immediately and become eligible to participate next quarter beginning on April 1, 2018. She recently separated from MCAO on October 9, 2017 after 4 years and 8 months of continuous employment in good standing and was rehired on March 12, 2018. Her knowledge and expertise in the appellate field is needed within MCAO in order to fill a difficult and critical position within our Appellate Division. (C-19-18-048-M-00)
