EXCEPTION TO MARICOPA COUNTY POLICY B7020 Approve an exception to policy B7020 – Attorney Loan Repayment Assistance, Section V, Subsection B.2, “Initial Application”, to allow employee Erika Nielsen retroactive acceptance into the ALRAP as of the quarter beginning January 2018 and receive allowable reimbursement for payments made January-March, 2018. Due to an internal process issue beyond the employee’s control, the employee did not receive an invitation to participate in the ALRAP. The employee’s application was received in April 2018 and she was successfully admitted into the program for the quarter beginning April 2018. This employee should have been eligible for participation in the ALRAP program beginning January 2018. (C-19-18-057-M-00)
