EXCEPTION TO MARICOPA COUNTY POLICY B7020 Approve an exception to Policy B7020 – Attorney Loan Repayment Assistance, Paragraph 4, Section A, Subsection 3, “Have successfully completed their first twelve (12) months of continuous employment prior to submitting an application to participate in the program.” If approved, this exception would allow Julia Vanhelder to apply immediately and become eligible to participate in next reimbursement period ending on October 31st, 2018. She recently separated from MCAO on February 13, 2018 after 3 years and 6 months of continuous employment in good standing and was rehired on August 27th, 2018. Her knowledge and expertise in the Early Disposition field is needed within MCAO in order to fill a difficult and critical position within our Early Disposition Division. (C-19-19-014-M-00)
