The County Attorney proposes to utilize $84,060 in existing fund balance of the County Attorney (190) RICO (213) fund. These actions will have a County-wide net impact of zero and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenue duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105.
