11. INCREASE TO EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY FY2019 In accordance with A.R.S. §42-17106(B), approve the transfer of expenditure authority between the Non Departmental General Fund and the County Attorney General Fund. This action will require the following expenditure appropriation adjustments to the FY2019 budget: a) Increase expenditure authority for the County Attorney (D190) General Fund (100) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) by $700,000 b) Decrease expenditure authority for Non Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) in the line “Unreserved Contingency” (4711) in the amount not to exceed $700,000. The reason for the request is an increase in expert witness costs. This action will result in a County-wide net financial impact of zero. (C-19-19-062-M-00)
