19. BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR THE EXTENSION OF FUNDING AGREEMENT FOR FELONY PRE-TRIAL INTERVENTION PROGRAM Approve extension of the funding agreement between the Administrative Office of the Courts on behalf of the Arizona Supreme Court and the Maricopa County Attorney's Office for Felony Pre-Trial Intervention Program for FY2023, in the amount of $25,879. Al so approve the following budget adjustment: Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17106, increase the expenditure authority for the FY2023 County Attorney (D190) County Attorney Grants Fund (219) Non-Recurring Non-Project (NRNP) by an amount of $25,879. Grant revenues a re not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation, and therefore, expenditure of the funds is not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. The Agreement becomes effective upon execution and shall remain in effect through June 30, 2023. In accordance with paragraph 1, page 2, of the agreement, the grant allows a 0% rate for indirect costs or $0 that may be incurred by the County Attorney's Office for the administration of this grant. The County Attorney's Office has an indirect cost r ate 22.35% for FY23, the recoverable indirect cost of administering these additional grant funds is $0; the non-recoverable indirect cost for the additional funds is $5,783.96.
