19. AMENDMENT TO MOU WITH NEW LIFE CENTER Approve the Scope of Work amendment and extend the term one year in the MOU between New Life Center and the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office for the provision of Sexual Assault training activities for members of the Multi-Disciplinary Team, law enforcement personnel, prosecutors, hospital staff, and advocates. The training activities are funded by the National Sexual Assault Kit Initiative grant awarded in FFY2018 and extended through September 30, 2022. The MOU outlines the expectations between MCAO and New Life Center in relation to the training coordination, development of new training activities, evaluation of trainings conducted, and billing requirements.
