Retain this document in your official grant file. Updated Subgrant Award Agreement Language General Conditions 3.9 and 3.17 of the DPS-VOCA Subgrant Award Agreement have been updated. The changes are highlighted below. 3.9 Noncompetitive approach in procurement contracts. The procurement threshold has been increased from $150,000 to $250,000. The subrecipient must comply with all applicable requirements to obtain specific advance approval to use a noncompetitive approach in any procurement contract that would exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (currently, $250,000). 3.17 Potential fraud, waste, abuse or misconduct. The street address for the Office of the Inspector General, U.S. Department of Justice, Investigations Division has changed.
