23. ACCEPT GOVERNOR'S OFFICE OF HIGHWAY SAFETY 2022 PROPOSITION 207 FUND GRANT FUNDING FOR $13,218.29. Approve acceptance of $13,218.29 in funding from Governor's Office of Highway Safety 2022 Proposition 207 Funding. These funds are to be used for the purchase of Computer, Materials and Supplies to assist in viewing and using data obtained from police agencies for detecting, testing, and enforcing laws against driving, flying or boating while impaired. The Maricopa County Attorney's Office's composite indirect cost rate for FY22 is 20.3%, or $2,683.31 of the award. The recoverable indirect cost of administering this grant is $0; the non-recoverable indirect cost is $2,683.31. Non-recoverable indirect costs will be covered by the departmental general fund budget. There is no requirement of match funds. This grant is competitive and does not require ongoing cash contributions after the grant period end date. Grant revenues are not "local revenues" for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation, and therefore expenditure of the funds is not prohibited by budget law. (C-19-22-146-X-00)
