SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT WITH JSI TELECOM FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT SURVEILLANCE EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE Approval of a sole source procurement from JSI Telecom of critical law enforcement surveillance equipment and software used in the investigation and prosecution of criminal offenders in an amount not to exceed $380,000. The sole source procurement will provide a refresh of the equipment and software used by MCAO and other law enforcement agencies in Maricopa County to investigate criminal activity and aid in the prosecution of offenders. The Board of Supervisors has approved similar sole source procurements in the past for this vendor. (C-19-23-022-X-00)
