MARICOPA COUNTY, CV2023-000858 In litigation filed against Maricopa County, bearing case number No. CV2023-000858, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors ratifies the filing of a counterclaim seeking judgment for the civil penalties imposed by a hearing office and authorizes the County Attorney to file, pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-815(H), a counterclaim seeking equitable relief to cease the zoning code violations.
