21. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH HONORHEALTH'S DEPARTMENT OF FORENSIC NURSE EXAMINERS Approve Amendment No. 1 to agreement with HONORHEALTH on behalf of the Maricopa County Attorney to amend 3.3. AGREEMENT TERM sections 3.3 AGREEMENT TERM and SECTION 3.4. OPTION TO EXTEND. The terms of this agreement will become effective upon the Board of Supervisors' approval. Authorize the Chair to sign all documents related to this action. All other terms will remain in effect unless otherwise extended or amended. (C-19-24-007-X-01)
