REVISED RESOLUTION FOR SETTLEMENT AUTHORITY FOR PLANNING DIRECTOR Approve a Resolution revising the authorization previously delegated to the Director to settle civil penalties for code violations, provided the total amount does not exceed $100,000.00, to remove the requirement to provide the Board with monthly reports of violation matters.
