108. MELENDRES, ET AL. V. MARICOPA COUNTY, ET AL. (CV-07-2513-PHX-GMS); ATTORNEYS' FEES Approve payment of attorneys' fees to Plaintiffs' counsel in the amount of $310,000. Additionally, pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17106(B), approve the transfer of expenditure authority in the FY2024 budget as follows: a. Decrease the expenditure budget for Non -Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Non Recurring (NRNP) "Unreserved Contingency" (4711) line by the amount of $310,000. b. Increase the expenditure budget in the Non-Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) MCSO Judgment Order Non Recurring (MEL1) in t he amount of $310,000. These actions will have County-wide net impact of zero and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenue duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17105. This matter was discussed in Executive Ses sion on August 21, 2023. (C-19-24-032-X-00)
