84. LIEN PAYMENT STATUS REQUESTS Authorize the Chairman or his designee, and the County Attorney’s Office, to provide confirmation of County lien status to title companies who request lien payment statuses on recorded County judgments. Title companies request that someone with authority provide a payoff demand, confirmation that the information provided does not match/has been released, or a copy of recorded satisfaction of judgment. The Maricopa County Attorney’s Office researches the validity of the liens, any recording of renewals and releases, and the amounts owing when applicable. This matter was heard in Executive Session on March 25, 2024. (C-19-24-123-X-00)
